Error: "Your logon has expired. Please log on once again to continue" When Accessing StoreFront Through NetScaler Gateway
Symptoms or Error
The following mistake is displayed when accessing StoreFront through NetScaler Gateway:
Your logon has expired. Delight log on once again to go along.
Solution
Complete the following steps to troubleshoot this outcome:

Verify if Receiver for Web configuration on StoreFront is pointing to the correct NetScaler Gateway.
From StoreFront console, click NetScaler Gateway and make sure that the Gateway is added. -
From StoreFront console, click Stores. E nsure that the Remote Admission is prepare to No VPN tunnel or if you lot admission apps through total tunnel then set remote access to Total VPN tunnel in the StoreFront configuration.

Ensure that Citrix Delivery Services Authentication and Citrix Delivery Services Resources has "Load User Profile" value as "Truthful".
- Go to IIS Manager.
- Select Application Pools.
- In the heart pane select Citrix Delivery Services Authentication.
- From the right-pane click Advance setting
- Aggrandize Process Model .
- Change the value for "Load User Profile" from 'False' to 'True'.
- Click OK.
- Repeat the same for Citrix Commitment Services Resources as well
- Restart IIS.
- Endeavor resolving FQDN configured every bit gateway URL in storefront server and cheque if it resolves to respective Gateway VIP. If not, create a host entry for FQDN and mapped information technology to the correct Gateway'southward IP.
- Check if correct domain is configured in Single sign-on under Gateway --> Policies --> Session Profile.
- Remove " REQ.HTTP.HEADER Referer EXISTS" from the session Policy and test again.
